‍Why events?

Our Managing Director, Kieran, has always had a passion for events. Since the age of 18, he has worked in several roles across the hospitality and media industry - from barman and restaurant manager to operations director and partnering in a successful events company. Kieran loves the opportunity to bring people together during unforgettable events - the chance to connect and create lasting memories.

After sourcing a global team of experts in their field, all with the same passion for creativity and exceptional events, it was time to build the Be More Than brand.

The start of Be More Than

When it comes to events in Dubai, there is a lot of competition, but there is even more space for being innovative and creating something different. With the rate of events in the region growing so fast, we wanted to take this opportunity to think about the events that create a lasting impression. That’s where the idea for Be More Than was born; ‘When Ordinary Isn’t Enough...Be More Than’.

We want to create the events that people block their diaries for, not one that simply falls into their routine. We want to go back to the core of creativity and bring people together in memorable ways. 

We’re also passionate about the entire industry, which is why we started our agency alongside our events. When it comes to event consultancy, we feel that there are a lot of bars, restaurants and hotels that are left to fend for themselves without the guidance of experts. There are so many brands that we feel with a simple change, can start seeing amazing results. With our experience across many different areas, we want to help venues reach their goals and target audiences. We see so many hidden gems, stunning venues and concepts around Dubai who don’t know how to reach their full potential - and we want to change that.

What’s next?

Having lived, worked and experienced some of the largest events in the region, we know the endless possibilities of our location, and we want to make the most of it. We’re excited to start delivering some unforgettable events under our name and helping other businesses to do the same.
